I have a couple suggestions thus far. First, even in this summary space, I would appreciate headings and subheadings so I know which ideas are linked together and which are separate. For instance, you could dedicate a section to activation and then talk about calcium activation as well as voltage activation, how those probably occur, etc. Then you could have a section about physiology. I recognize you are probably going to fit your information into the wikipage as it is now, and so the headings aren't necessary, but I would appreciate them as a reviewer.
Another note, is BK or IK or SK short for something? That is always interesting to me, and seems to play a part in most wikipedia pages. Even explaining the origin of words can be helpful, particularly as a mnemonic device.
Grammar and sentence issues: "In the family of these channels there are three different subtypes. BK channels which have very high conductance (up to 300 pS), IK channels with intermediate conductance, and SK channels with small conductances(5-20 pS)." This sentence should have a colon after subtypes, otherwise the second sentence is incomplete. The colon acts as a way of announcing what is coming next, linking the first sentence with the second fragment. Also, if you could restructure this sentence to be shorter, I think that would help.
"At night, the BK subtype of these changes is expressed in the suprachiasmatic nucleus causing silencing, and then removed during the day causing excitation." What is silencing? Also, BK subtype of changes? Did you mean channel? Where are they expressed? On the plasma membrane, or in the cell somewhere? You're about to tell me these channels are expressed many places, and I think know the location might clarify how silencing works.
"The beta and gamma subunits are what separate Calcium activated potassium channels from the rest of Potassium channels." I don't think calcium and potassium shouldn't be capitalized.
