Comment: Just a very minor thing, but I feel that the word "though" has a slight tint of persuasion to it.

Lee says that both "General Tso's chicken and Orange Chicken are Americanized mutations of sweet and sour dishes found in China.]

Comment: I would be careful here. By adding in many quotations about what people think, it makes the the article more opinionated.
