Request reason:

I could not understand the reason of blocking my ID for indefinite time. If I did something illegal, I promise I will not repeat it. Request you to unblock me and restore my created page on Marc Deschenaux

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
  1. understand what you have been blocked for,
  2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
  3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. PhilKnight (talk) 22:21, 29 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Hi PhilKnight, thanks for your guidance. I could not understand the reason of blocking my ID. Could you please guide me regarding the reason of blocking my ID. Liutyer (talk) 05:25, 30 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

Refer to Bilby's explanation below. PhilKnight (talk) 10:49, 30 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

If I can give some context. But a quick apology first - I incorrectly pasted this username instead of the one I wanted to - the sockmaster was Arifhasan23. Arifhasan23, who was blocked for using socks to create paid articles, was hired to create an article for Marc Deschenaux in January, that you then created, using the text provided by the client. Therefore, I assume that you are either Arifhasan23, or acting on his behalf. - Bilby (talk) 05:35, 30 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

Its true that I worked for Marc Deschenaux, but what's wrong with it. If I made anything wrong on creation of the article, then you suppose to banned the ID or could delete the page. Someone has to work for someone to create some articles here in Wikipedia and someone can request someone to create Wikipedia pages according to its rules. Not all the article creators are neutral or not work for others, and I am one of them. I have maintained all the criteria of Wikipedia in creation of the new article and how could you relate it with Arifhasan23. Liutyer (talk) 11:44, 31 January 2015 (UTC)Reply
