The reason left by DoubleGrazing was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: Edit comment says "added citations", but no citations were added. Based on this resubmission without any improvement, and the number of previous declines, I can only conclude that better sources are not available and the subject is therefore not notable enough to warrant inclusion. To avoid further reviewer effort being expended on this draft, I am now rejecting rather than merely declining this.
