The draft really doesn't make any claim that the organization is notable, and mostly simply establishes that it is a thing that exists. It's great that they exist, and it looks like they're doing good work, but there isn't content or sources to suggest that they are somehow remarkable among surely many many thousands of small to mid-ish sized charities which all also do good work, and don't qualify for a Wikipedia article because they've not received sustained coverage in reliable sources.
