Abour the capture of the Huascar

Greetings, there is an issue about the Naval Battle of Angamos article, in there you insist in to include the Chilean version of the surrender of the ship, an this is false, the Peruvian official report of Huascar's the last commander clearly states than the ship was captured, and the flag was bring down by the gunfire, not lowered in signal of surrender, fact than was informed to the Chilean officers who board the ship when this was being scuttled by its crew to prevent its capture. According to the naval non-written code a ship who is surrender lowered their flag an their officers surrender their swords to its captors in signal of submmision, this in fact happen during the capture of the Chilean transport Rimac, when its captain lowered its colors after a warning shoot of the Huascar pass to close to the ship`s hull, and the coronel of the calvary regiment Carabineros de Yungay surrender its sword and revolver to the commander Meliton Carvajal, leader of the boarding party. Finally, the Peruvian flag was lying on the deck still attached to the haldyard, which was cutted by the intense gunfire and that's why the flag was never rised again. This fact was noticed by the Lieutenant Toro, a Chilean officer from the Cochrane ironclad.

The Wikipedia article Striking the colors is very clear in this matter. The Chilean version is heavily inaccurated, and Wikipedia is not a place for false statements. The colours were bring down, not "ceased"

Sir, I'm noticed than you deliberately altered the text of the article to suggest than the Huascar crew try to surrender the ship twice, and this is false, in fact, I'll also noticed the predominance of Chilean sources in this article, an this is not apropiated. I'm going to reedit the entire article, adding not only some Peruvian sources but also some neutral sources than I have in my power. I also suggest than you must be more neutral in this issue.
