Hi Lolliolivia, when editing an article you need to make sure that the content is neutrally written and that you use reliable sources to back up all claims. The biggest concern with what you've written so far is that the content is written in a way that promotes disc golf, which should be avoided. This doesn't mean that you can't write about people losing weight, but it needs to be written in more of an encyclopedic tone, like "studies have shown that..." or "Proponents for disc golf have claimed that...".
