editHi. When you recently edited Michigan Wolverines football, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page George Little (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Michigan Wolverines football
editLonewolf371, welcome to Wikipedia! Thanks for your recent efforts to build out the body of the Michigan Wolverines football article. You did a very good job filling a big gap that had been around for too long. I do have a couple of style points to bring up. First, all date ranges, won-loss records, and game scores should be punctuated with an endash (–), not a hyphen (-); see WP:DASH for more on that. Second, you make pervasive use of the subjunctive tense when the simple past tense would be more succinct and less stilted. For example, instead of "The next two years, Moeller's teams would win the conference outright," we're better off with "The next two years, Moeller's teams won the conference outright." The "would" construction seems evocative of documentary narration that tries to add drama by insinuating the viewer back into the historical era of the subject matter. We don't need that at all on Wikipedia. I also saw your comments regarding my edits in the lead per the specific games in the Moeller–Carr era. When I get a chance, I'll address that separately. Thanks again for your contributions and keep up the good work. Jweiss11 (talk) 16:07, 23 January 2012 (UTC)
