Illinois Permitless Carry

Why did you delete the whole section? It's undisputed that you can carry a unloaded handgun in Illinois without a license as long as it's concealed and fully enclosed by an object. Thegunkid (talk) 09:32, 23 July 2021 (UTC)

I now see your rationale on the talk page and I accept it, however I went ahead and added it back as non-residents are exempt from the requirement to possess a FOID while carrying a unloaded cased firearm with that specific context being an explicit enumerated exemption in the FOID act.
