Per advice I received at WP:AN, I'm cancelling your block. Consensus is I should have only given you a WTF warning, stating your actions are unacceptable.

The specific vandalism in question was moving 3 Portal News pages from April 2016 to absurd names. I was upset because my smartphone acted up as I was trying to revert your actions, so it took 6 actions to do what should only have taken 3. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 00:18, 13 July 2017 (UTC)

For anyone reviewing this: user "helpfully" created doppleganger accounts for two admins, who typically block trolls. 100% guarantee these admins have blocked this user's previous account(s) before.
