- Hi, you can't change the title of the file (even if it is misspelled, or has other errors) because the file name links to the image itself. It's the image that appears, and if the name does not correspond the image will not appear. If you want to change the file-name you have to put in a request at the file page itself. If you wanted to change to File:Arms of King Richard, Duke of Gloucester.png, you needed to change the suffix from "svg" to "png". Paul B (talk) 13:44, 26 December 2012 (UTC)
