Comment on village pump

edit

A short note on the village pump for another wikiproject seems to be within acceptable guidelines. If you are looking for assistance or such you may want to look at MeatballWiki. Also, I vaguely remember a debate-style Wiki being setup but I can't find it at the moment. There is however, Wikinfo which has at a default level a slightly debatish element to it. Also, you may want to see if you can locate any frequent Wikipedia users who are Georgetown students or alumns and see if they would be interested or willing to help out (although again be careful about not spamming all the Georgetown related wikipedians). If you have any specific questions I would be more than happy to see if I can answer them or find someone who can. JoshuaZ 00:46, 28 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Great

Thanks alot for the MeatballWiki advice. I've created a proposal for a "barnraising". For sure, that's exactly what I was looking for.

On the Georgetown Wikipedia users, how do you suggest I locate them?

Are there any inter-University wikis around?

Is there any appropriate way to spread the word among the Wikipedia community?

Have you taken a look at Debatus? Any suggestions?

Thanks, again.

Thanks for information. However I just reverted vandalism there. I do not know much about the subject. --Jan.Smolik 00:37, 6 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
