Legal threats
editRegarding this edit summary, I suggest that you not repeat the suggestion of a lawsuit for Wikipedia content. Wikipedians have a very firm policy against legal threats, and people who make them sometimes find themselves immediately blocked until after the threatened legal proceedings are finished. -FisherQueen (Talk) 03:37, 8 July 2007 (UTC)
Thank you for the suggestion, I will not make these threats again, please advise what to do with people like that.
Thank you again

edit- Reply to [1]
I sent a message to an IP address, yes - I assume that was you? I looked at the contributions of Irishaye, and didn't see anything that would be overly controversial. You are welcome to challenge the information if it is not adequately referenced, but please remember that we do have some policies in place to prevent edit wars. I would advise that you see our policies on the three revert rule, assuming good faith, and civility. Accusing other editors of libel is a good way to get yourself [{WP:BLOCK|blocked]]. If you are indeed who you claim to be (sorry, we have no way of knowing on here), then I would also suggest you see our policies on neutral points of view and conflict of interest. In the future, you may want to consider making suggestions on the talk page. As a side note, Wiki.com isn't going to be able to do a darn thing to help you this this, and probably won't have a clue what you're talking about. Wikipedia is operated by the Wikimedia Foundation, and has nothing to do with external search engines such as Wiki.com. Hersfold (talk/work) 16:21, 8 July 2007 (UTC)
HELLO
Thank you for the reply, I agree with you a 100%, however i wish this was red and understood by the other party who keeps changing the truth to nonsense.
If i send you a photo ID with picture of my passport would that be sufficient.
I am serious, and willing to do this if this was to help stop this from happening again.
Please advise
- What??? No, that's completely unnecessary and not what I was saying at all. I'm really not the person to be speaking to about this, unfortunately - I'm just another editor who happened to notice a conflict. If you are really intent on correcting whatever problem you believe has occurred, then I do suggest you read this policy and follow the directions under the heading "Problems in an article about you". I'm sorry I'm unable to help you here, but I assure you that someone will be able to adequately assist you if you follow the directions on that page. Please do not send a photo ID of any sort to anyone, as that is an excellent way to get your identity stolen. Again, I apologize for the confusion, and wish you happy editing. thank you
editI thank you about your advise. I have noticed that someone from Wiki (whom I wrote a letter to) responded and put a "protect" on the article.
Seems all is well at the end
Thank you again
