Nice work on the Phosphatase article! Overall I thought that it was informative and contained enough information to tell me what I wanted to know about phosphatase which was nicely summarized in the introductory paragraph. Media was used where needed and greatly enhanced the article The changes I would recommend are in word choice and organization

For grammar I noticed a handful of complex words that seemed somewhat unnecessary such as ubiquitous, myriad, and moiety. Personally these are fun words to know and look up but I do not think they efficiently communicate the facts of article to the reader. For this reason I would delete the first 2 words but for moiety there is a separate wikipedia page so perhaps linking that word would do just as well.

In organization, overall the beginning and ending were solid but I didn't quite understand the goal of the section titled "Biochemistry and Function" The first paragraph of that section provided good insight as to the mechanism and steps of phosphatase and the rest of the information in the rest of the section was also informative but I didn't feel like it belonged in the same section. I would recommend either rearranging the paragraphs or changing the section title to provide more structure.

Hope this helps and good luck! Caleb Tan Caleb Lin (talk) 06:24, 7 March 2017 (UTC)Reply
