The lead section gives a good overview of what we are going to be reading about, and what we are seeing, it is also very easy to understand. Going through, there are clear sections of information that are connected to the topic, they are provided in a sensible order. For example, going from Historical Context to Style makes a sense, since you would have that brief knowledge of the Severan Dynasty that you would want as background when talking about the Severan art period. Each section looks to have a fair amount of information included, except the Provenance section, which you are most likely still working on, so that is good. There are many sources being cited and referred back to, this is very useful for a balance of coverage and having a more neutral view of the topic. I went and clicked on a couple of the external links and looked a little bit into the authors and they all look to be reputable sources. The links all work as well, and all the sources look to be related to the topic, although most of the sources look to be slightly on the older side, which isn’t bad, but if you can find some more recent ones that, might be beneficial depending on what you find. Overall, I feel very confident that this is going to turn into a well-rounded article, it also has a very interesting story, so it is very fortunate that you’ve helped in the process of getting it there!
