Embodied mind

I added a bit of context to the paragraph that you added to Embodied mind, however I'm only 90% sure that I've got this right. My only intent was to tie it into the section and article with a nice topic sentence. Would you mind looking at it and making sure I've got this right? Physical exercise

I added a reference to benefits of intense aerobic exercise but did not think it appropriate to include that the study used 4 repetitions at 4 minutes each separated by 3-4 minutes of low intensity recovery.
