Please see my comment on talk:Axis powers. I would tend to agree that it should be "Axis Powers". However, the page name should reflect that. Simply changing all instances of the name in the article is not sufficient. So the page should be moved (not copy/pasted BTW). Would you care to start a wp:RfC on this? An wp:admin will need to do the necessary work. See wp:moving a page for info on how to do this. This sort of thing isn't my cup of tea, so I'll back out of this.
