CD Coming Soon image license concerns

Greetings! I saw you have uploaded Image:Cdcomingsoon.JPG and placed it in a number of articles. Unfortunately, the image is listed as copyrighted, and it does not qualify as fair use under the non-free image, and it will need to be removed from those articles.

Alternately, if you created the image yourself, you may license it under GFDL or CC or release it into the public domain, so that it is freely useable in any and all applicable articles on Wikipedia. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
