Re. images

edit

Please take care not to put either A) too many images or B) images of little to no pertinence to the article topic. See MOS:IMAGES for further guidance. I'll just point out that adding images of Bach, Händel, Pergolesi, or others, to an article nominally about Zelenka, is just distracting and serves little but a decorative purpose, unless these composers had an extremely close relationship with each other (an example where an image might be acceptable would be something like Steven_Spielberg#Collaborators, where his close collaboration with John Williams is noted. Not quite the case between Zelenka and either of the names above...). In addition, all information should be cited to reliable sources and not based on your original conclusions, and ideally the sources should be from academic litterature (such as the kind of stuff you'd find in a university library, if you have access to one; or the sources helpfully listed on the website you've added, https://www.jdzelenka.net/reading-references.php). Re. suggestions

Hello RandomCanadian, and thanks for the feedback. I agree with your notion that there are too many images; my intention was to give the article a bit more context, but I understand that I added too many. However, I think the image of Bach should probably stay, as he maintained a very close relationship with Zelenka and often invited him to visit (they were also familiar with each other's compositions). His sons also played an important role in the performance of Zelenka's work during his own lifetime. Apropos of the sources, I tried to cite academic works (such as "Jan Dismas Zelenka: Bohemian Musician at the Court of Dresden"), but I realize that a lot of the info was from websites that aren't necessarily reliable. I'll remove the more speculative and subjective comments I wrote, as well. Thanks, Lvanbeethoven1216.
