Attribution issues

As I mentioned to you in my reply to your email, this edit included an extensive section that was taken verbatim from the EPA document you cited. Since the document was produced by the US federal government and is not subject to copyright, this isn't a copyright violation. However, without quotes or specific attribution, this was flagged as a plagiarism issue. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 15:03, 13 April 2017 (UTC)
