Switching between varieties of English

I noticed that you changed the Digital media use and mental health article from English spelling to American. Wikipedia permits articles to be written using any variety of English, and generally discourages switching from one variety to another.

You also added this text to the article

Our initial results show that temporal features have a key influence on the sensitivity and specificity of a model for the inference of wellbeing, anxiety, and depression when used in combination with textual and behavioral features.
