Proposed deletion of Criminally Instructional Speech
editThe article Criminally Instructional Speech has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Non-notable concept. As noted on the talk page, this concept was created by a single author (Kendrick), but has not been tested by the Supreme Court. The paper proposes a "test" to define whether any particular speech is criminally instructional, but there is no indication that the test has actually ever been applied in any given case.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 20:52, 13 November 2014 (UTC)

editPlease refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Freedom From Religion Foundation . Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism. Thank you. editThis is your only warning; if you move a page maliciously again, as you did at The Well to Hell Hoax, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. and of course your inappropriate edit summary telling atheists they should burn in hell Dougweller (talk) 07:38, 6 December 2014 (UTC)
Hello, I'm ChamithN. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, it's important to be mindful of the feelings of your fellow editors, who may be frustrated by certain types of interaction. While you probably didn't intend any offense, please do remember that Wikipedia strives to be an inclusive atmosphere. In light of that, it would be greatly appreciated if you could moderate yourself so as not to offend. Thank you. Chamith (talk) 05:51, 13 December 2014 (UTC)
I, and others, warned you to behave. You didn't. So, you're blocked indefinitely, and when the next sock puppet turns up, I shall block it instead of letting you edit. DrKiernan (talk) 10:32, 30 December 2014 (UTC)
