Albert Abrams

I'm unimpressed by your work there. If you want to show that you have read the talk page of an article, before altering it in ways tried previously and abandoned, a simple way is to make a comment on it. You'd have some reason for rejecting the historical tracking I did on the article, and on the man, for instance, and that deserves airing. 82.152.46.201 21:44, 30 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Can't make out anything but POV. MOI JE CROIS 14:12, 31 March 2007 (UTC)Reply
I'm sorry to hear that. You seem to be removing information indicating that he was a fraud and his device of no value, and leaving the impression that it is currently a reputable method used by reputable clinics - not accurate. Why? You also have not, so far as I can see, added any source for anything, while disregarding the source material already referred to. Midgley 22:42, 1 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
You must be joking MOI JE CROIS 08:38, 2 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
At http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Albert_Abrams&diff=prev&oldid=119676970 you stated that he was a trained medical practiioner. You provided no source. If you were able to indicate that a university/medical school had granted him a degree following a medical course then this would be interesting. You would also have to indicate that the existing references were incorrect. Calling it POV is unconvincing as well as wrong. Midgley 00:46, 16 May 2007 (UTC)Reply
Fine! If you are right, I am wrong. I have said everything there is to say on AA and POV on the AA talk page. MOI JE CROIS 14:00, 16 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Jacques Offenbach

edit

Unfortunately, most of Offenbach's operettas have no article in English Wikipedia, and most of those that do have articles only have a stub or a very short article. Also, most of the available internet info is in French. If you have information about Offenbach or his operettas, or if you can translate from French Wikipedia and French internet sources, please check out the Offenbach article and add some content to the articles on his operettas or write some more articles about his operettas. Thanks! -- Ssilvers 13:31, 26 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for your comment. Pls see my answer on article talk page. MOI JE CROIS 11:18, 27 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Great catch on the Orpheus librettists. I checked around, and you were right. I deleted the erroneous info. -- Ssilvers 19:11, 1 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

I'm not always right? MOI JE CROIS 12:36, 3 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

LOL! That remains to be seen. However, I would certainly value your input in editing the plot synopses of the other Offenbach opera articles that we already have on English WP. I wrote many of them... er... under duress without much in the way of references.  :) -- Ssilvers 14:31, 3 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

will do. MOI JE CROIS 07:14, 4 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

BTW, you ought to put something on your User Page to get rid of the red link, even if it's just the WP userpage tag. -- Ssilvers 14:34, 3 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

will do. MOI JE CROIS 07:14, 4 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Correct English is important . . .

edit

Was your last edit summary for me? If so please understand that correct English and absence of typos is essential. Clarity is particularly important at the beginning of the article. If you don't know how to express what you mean, then use the Talk page and other people will help you. -- Kleinzach 12:44, 14 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Right. And you can correct my English any time you feel like it. As long as you don't give my words another meaning, that's fine with me. The main point is to avoid misleading the reader (and other editors)! MOI JE CROIS 13:17, 15 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
