Hints for discussion pages
editHi. I happened to notice your comment on Talk:Louder than Words and I thought you might appreciate some hints from a (slightly) more experienced Wikipedian.
First, when editing a discussion page, you can (and should) type four "~" characters in a row at the end of your comment, like this: ~~~~
. The wiki software will automagically replace this with your username and the date and time. That's how I got the "CWC ... 2006 (UTC)" bit to appear at the end of this comment.
Second, if you want to start a new topic, you can write something like "==heading==" on a separate line to create a heading. (Click on "Edit this page" above to see this in action.)
BTW, you are quite right about that sentence having no place in an encyclopedia article, and I'm glad that someone has already removed it.
