Eurovision Song Contest 2013

Hello,

You recently removed a short sentence which detailed briefly about Armenia's previous participation in Eurovision, from the Eurovision Song Contest 2013. However, you didn't state a reason for this in your edit summary. The details that you removed are important to the article as it adds insight to the general reader who may not be familiar with Eurovision, which is the main aim for any article of encyclopaedic value. I have therefore restored the content and placed it under a sub-heading "Returning countries" which keeps the article layout in-line with what has been agreed upon by members of WikiProject Eurovision on the talk page. You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
