Legal threats

In this edit to Nathaniel White, you've added as part of your edit summary: Any editor that fails to comply with my instruction, will be reported to Wilimedia [sic] Legal directly for consideration of their editing. You are free to report editors to the Wikipedia administrators, who may choose to deal with troublesome editors if necessary, but your threat to report editors to Wikimedia's legal department sounds a lot like a legal threat, and that's a no-no.
