Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to CornerShot. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. ROG5728 (talk) 23:37, 17 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Am 100% neutral, and please you stop insisting on something you just read over a website, am trying to add and correct some useful info,,, see omega-cornershot.com and check cornershot.us even cornershot.com says USA is the manufacturer, the money investors, the licensee.

so please stop this, and see through ...

Speedy deletion nomination of Omega Cornershot France

edit

A tag has been placed on Omega Cornershot France requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Corner Shot

edit

Hello Madomann, I'm an administrator and ROG5728 has asked me to look into this matter. I've got two comments for you:

  • Firstly, please stop edit warring and discuss this disagreement on the articles' talk pages. The material you are seeking to include does not appear to be in line with what's stated in the sources used in the articles, so you also need to provide sources to support your claims.
  • Secondly, what do you mean by stating "i will take this to a real court fight if i have to"? Please note that under the policy Wikipedia:No legal threats your account will need to be be blocked if you are considering legal action over this matter until this is resolved (so that matters are restricted to legal channels). As such, I ask that you immediately clarify what you mean by this statement - did you mean lodging a complaint using Wikipedia's internal processes rather than legal action?

Thanks, Nick-D (talk) 08:29, 19 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

First of all yes i meant complaint using Wikipedia's internal processes, second thing is that i provided to this guy every single website and resource, but he still insist on wrong things in the article, am sorry but i know all the companies, i know the device it self, am aware of th whole history of this device, so how come he is trying to suppress me and putting wrong information, i am as a person a source, my credits with this cornershot company and Asaf Nadel Amos Golan and all the international Fairs i attended and the catalouges i have in arabic french and english, the new websites that i provided , that this ROG guy didn't even know about at all.... he should listen , evaluate, analyse and then talk, but from the first letter i corrected he didt want to think even for a second, + plus eventually when i was insistant on my credits and sources, he started to accept the new info and back off little by little and he didn't try to delete the CORRECT info that was the subject of our dispute.! see...!!.... and now he has a personal problem with me..!!!! Tell me now what should i do...!!! someone like him out of scope away from the international military shows, he never saw a real cornershot in real life even once, is trying to cover me up and not accepting any of the evidence or websites am putting which proves every word i added as new info. ! thanks bye

You need to read Wikipedia:No original research and Wikipedia:Verifiability. The threshold for inclusion in Wikipedia is verifiability, not truth. You cannot use yourself as a source for your edits. You need to add a verifiable external source for your additions to the article. So far you have not added any source that supports any of those additions. ROG5728 (talk) 20:33, 19 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for that response Madomann. For material to be included on Wikipedia it needs to be supported to a reference to a published source, which wasn't the case in your edits. Could you please provide this? Regards, Nick-D (talk) 11:59, 20 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Thanks ... well i provided two sources at the bottom of the page and in the article it self, these two sources were not mentioned ever in the article and also MR. ROG728 had no idea about them at all, they are www.cornershot.us & www.omega-cornershot.com and there are many other sources over youtube for tv interviews with Amos Golan himself saying most of what i added. thanks.

The sources you added don't support the text you added. ROG5728 (talk) 19:32, 22 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
