- Hi Tacyarg, the wiki page I have edited is a government official of Ethiopia and it has nothing to do with advertising and if there is any content which might lead to advertising I can revise. The old wiki has so many wrong informations and it's outdated that's why I have edited on behalf of Mr. Takele Uma, therefore this is kindly request to publish the new revised biography of Mr. Takele. Managing a conflict of interest
editHello, Maineditor2024. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page Takele Uma Banti, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for article subjects for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization, clients, or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{edit COI}} template)—don't forget to give details of reliable sources supporting your suggestions;
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest § How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam § External link spamming);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicizing, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Tacyarg (talk) 07:27, 13 August 2024 (UTC)

editYou may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you upload a media file with false or missing copyright or source information, as you did at Takele Uma Banti. 🛧Midori No Sora♪🛪 ( ☁=☁=✈) 13:57, 14 August 2024 (UTC)
- Dear Wiki Teams,
- I didn't give you a false source or copyright images, but the pictures are distributed in different websites and I have edited some image quality features, however all images are free from copyright and all the website used the images are not the owner of the pictures it's a free and public used images, kindly cross check. Maineditor2024 (talk) 14:03, 14 August 2024 (UTC)
- Don't do that again. I don't know how much clearer it can be made to you. The fact that something is available to the public does not mean it is freely licensed. That means licensing under something like the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike, which allows reusers to use the image in any way they like, including for commercial purposes, without needing to request permission. It does not just mean that an image is generally available to the public. Also, please review our instructions on conflict of interest editing and paid editing disclosure, and do not make any more edits until you have made the required disclosures. Should your next edit be anything except either making the disclosure or requesting assistance in doing that, you will be blocked from editing. Seraphimblade Talk to me 15:00, 14 August 2024 (UTC)

. Isabelle Belato 🏳🌈 15:38, 14 August 2024 (UTC)- What are the copyrighted content you are referring ? Since I am new to wiki editing I made some mistakes however, my understanding is there were 2 pictures which are available on different posts which leads you think that are copy right images, which are not but if you think it was a copy right fine delete the pictures but undo the biography updates which I made it today ? for the picture I will not use the previous images or anything which are online even though it's not copyright but wiki definition is different so I understand. - You have a conflict of interest. You cannot directly edit the article at all. Rather, you would suggest edits on the talk page, and then add {{request edit}} so that an editor without a COI can review it. Your edit was heavily promotional, and will not be put back. If you keep trying to directly edit the article, or continue editing without making the mandatory disclosures (including continuing to argue, that's editing too), I'm just going to block you altogether. This is not a negotiation; you are being told what you are and are not permitted to do. Continue on the "not" side, and you will not be permitted to edit at all. - Dear Seraphimblade,
- I was surprised and concerned by the tone of your recent comments. My goal in editing the [Takele Uma] page is to ensure that Wikipedia provides accurate and up-to-date information. I am not affiliated with the subject of the article in any way, nor am I being compensated for my edits.
- I understand that you have concerns about potential conflicts of interest. I am open to discussing these concerns and making necessary revisions to address them. To facilitate this process, I would appreciate it if you could please specify the nature of your concerns.
- Thank you for your attention to this matter.
- Sincerely, Maineditor2024 (talk) 08:30, 15 August 2024 (UTC)
- Not sure how stupid you think I am, but you said above

, which would indicate that you are affiliated with the subject of the biography and are being compensated. So, you're now blocked indefinitely from editing altogether, since you cannot seem to bring yourself to be honest. Appeal instructions are as above, or at the guide to appealing blocks. Seraphimblade Talk to me 08:55, 15 August 2024 (UTC)- Still you should keep your tone professionally otherwise I don't want talk with you anymore. I said I am not getting any compensation from the client I didn't deny I am a professional social media editor, being a professional editor doesn't relate with benefits. Cross checking information means the validity and reliability of the information needs to be checked because at the end of the day the information provided will has impact on the person whose information is shared. I'm going to appeal but I'm really surprised how Wiki makes you an administrator with such attitude, I am sure it's because the client is black. I will appeal for the words you accused me without having any tangible evidences. Maineditor2024 (talk) 09:19, 15 August 2024 (UTC)
