I need assistance making an edit

I was trying to edit the page for Thuban to add a circle around the star in the top photo. When I tried to save the edits, it gave me a warning saying:

      "Warning: An automated filter (139) has identified this edit as containing content that may be part of a page-defacement attack."

If someone could help me make this edit, it would be very appreciated. I just want to make it so people can locate the star faster in the photo.
