Climate change, article selection

edit

Hi @Malyn Rolling, I noticed that you assigned yourself the Climate change article to improve as part of your assignment. I wanted to let you know that this article is Featured Article, which means that it is among Wikipedia's best work. While there might be room to make a few small improvements to Featured Articles, they are going to be fairly complete. In addition, edits to them should conform fully with Wikipedia's Style Manual. Featured Articles are challenging to work on, especially as part of your your first major contribution to Wikipedia. For that reason, I strongly recommend that you pick a different article to work on - one that has scope for improvement. Looping in @Rlberg4.

@Clayoquot offered an alternative article to work related to your topic area. I recommend checking out that message on the talk page. Brianda (Wiki Ed) (talk) 22:31, 25 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

Effects of climate change on human health

edit

Hello @Malyn Rolling, I noticed you selected to work on the article, Effects of climate change on human health. I'd like to ask you to pay close attention to the talk page. As you can see there is an ongoing active discussion of editors discussing changes. A similar process might happen when you are ready to edit that article. Please know that there are high expectations to follow Wikipedia policy, especially when it comes to the encyclopedic writing, quality of sources, etc. Brianda (Wiki Ed) (talk) 23:15, 6 November 2024 (UTC)Reply
