Hi Shaan, this article looks great so far.
Starting with structure, I like the medical uses, complications, and technique sections. You could also include history and recovery sections if you would like to broaden the scope. In the medical uses section you could talk about uses other than for neoplasms. This seems appropriate because your photo, which I like, shows a hemipelvectomy being done for gangrene. I think you nicely avoid going into excessive detail in the technique section.
I like that you have included links to other wikipedia articles. I think this makes the information more understandable, and bypasses the arcane nature of some of the medical topics.
The first sentence in the lead does not have a cited source. I know that this is a summary of information presented later in the article which does have a citation, but I still think it would be good to include a citation.
On the whole, your article seems acurate and easy to understand. I'll be curious to see what you choose to round out the article.
