Hello Mand0002, I took the liberty of addressing the issues with Kossila Oxbow so that it could pass Articles for creation review. I thought you would like to know that the article has now been created. I also want to encourage you to continue working on the article. Some of the information in the draft had to be removed due to a lack of reliable sources, but can be added back in if such sources are found and cited.
