OK, let me see if I understand your reasoning - it seems that you are saying that the US causes as much harm as good in the world, and perhaps even more harm than good. This arises, you suggest, from clumsy or selfish policies pursued by the US throughout the world. Since you have not responded to the question of proof of intent to kill civilians, I presume you pass on that one and will at least concede that, where civilians have been killed by US military action, it has not been a matter of official malice. Would you agree with that? I think you go on to argue that the US could do a lot better by being less clumsy (presumbably that means being more sensitive to others) and less selfish (perhaps spending more on aid and less on military hardware) - is this the gist of it?
I'm sorry to have wasted your time. --豎眩sv
