Copyright violation status of it was sufficiently unclear so that restoring it for discussion is likely the best option. But please remember that Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously; this will be likely deleted again if it contains any duplicated material. I removed the copied text from Selected Publications section. I recommend removing entire section. This also may get deleted per notability grounds.
