You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abuse of editing privileges. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

blocked as an obvious sockpuppet of User:Monte Melkonian. Account begins editing in the same conflict two hours after Melkonian was blocked. --Daniel 16:02, 13 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

I'm not a sockpuppet, you should run a checkuser Mark Barsky (talk) 12:51 pm, Today (UTC−4)

Decline reason:

OK. You're in the same geographic area as User:Monte Melkonian, editing the same subject areas, showing up right after his accounts was blocked. Pretty convincing to me. TNXMan 17:33, 13 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

Melkonian was making 10 edits a day to that article, I only made one minor change 2 days latter and justified it in the discussion page. I'm not the same guy. Mark Barsky (talk) 17:51, 13 April 2011 (UTC)

Decline reason:

You're not fooling us, Melkonian. There is only one person who comes in knowing about CU and with guns blazing about how Wikipedians supposedly deny the Armenian genocide. One doesn't even need to run a CU to see that. –MuZemike 17:56, 13 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

Only one person in the world knows about CU? If you're so sure about it, RUN it. I'm an entirely different person, how hard is it to check and see. Mark Barsky (talk) 18:47, 13 April 2011 (UTC)

Decline reason:

Obvious sock is obvious. This is going nowhere, so talk page access is revoked. Kinu t/c 19:28, 13 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

I did, hence my decision to decline your above unblock request. TNXMan 18:50, 13 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
What was the conclusion? Was I 100% match? Because you cant block just based on the geographic location. I live in the very large metropolitan area. Mark Barsky (talk) 18:52, 13 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
Almost 10,000 blocks and only 163 unblocks, looks like I'm swimming against the tide here. Mark Barsky (talk) 18:55, 13 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
