I don't want anything.

I am not blocking a new user. I am reinstating a "suspected sock puppet" tag that you removed from a user page.

Other editors have tried to explain to you why your edits to Northern Ireland were not acceptable. Other editors have tried to explain to you why they suspect you are a sock puppet of an banned user. I suggest if you have any questions regarding Northern Ireland or sock puppetry you should address those questions to the relevant editors.

I am, of course, prepared to help with general questions, but I can't comment on the suspicions of other editors, and I am unfamiliar with Northern Ireland and the issues affecting that article.

I asked you not to write in CAPS, I didn't tell you - how you choose to write is entirely your own concern. If you want people to think your SHOUTING that's your business. I'm sorry, but I have no idea what you're talking about. I haven't reported you for vandalising. Before reporting any editor for vandalising I would normally wait until they had received one or more warnings, including a final warning. You need to read the welcome notes at the top of your talk page, and also (and especially) the note below it about editing restrictions on the Northern Ireland article. My reading of it is that any and all controversial changes should be discussed on the article's talk page.
