editHello, Martin Lawson, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Elysia and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.
I plan on adding information regarding the epidemiology of Asthma in both Canada and Latin American courties. The sources I plan to reference include: 1.https://www.asthma.ca/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/SAstudy.pdf 2.https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4593416/?report=reader 3.[1]

editing medical topics
editHi Martin Lawson, I reviewed the first source you linked to above, and noticed that this would not be considered an appropriate source for medical topics. Per Wikipedia policy on reliable sources for medical topics, primary sources are not generally acceptable. Please make sure you read and understand this policy about the standards for sources when contributing to medical topics. If you don't follow this policy, your edits will likely get undone. Thanks, Elysia (Wiki Ed) (talk) 16:29, 20 November 2018 (UTC)
Inappropriate Source
editOh! Thank you for the heads up. I will start searching for a new source after I better understand the requirements of a good source for medical topics.
