hello I am trying to place an article. I made my account. I pasted the article, st pasted. But when I pressed next was told that the article couldn't be down loaded. What have I done wrong, or yet need to do please

I assume you refer to Draft:Dietary Fiber and dietary sugar or User:Martineastwood/sandbox. I'm not quite sure what you mean by "couldn't be downloaded"; you may want to give a more detailed description of the steps you took: On what page was that "next" button, for example?

The sandbox has since been reviewed and declined; it's not a neutral summary of what reliable sources report about the contrast between those dietary theories, but your own personal opinion - that's considered original research, and Wikipedia is not the appropriate venue for it. Hello, Martineastwood. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "sandbox".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.
