[Suggestion] Feedback on talk page design

Inefficient topic management by Archives
editAs demonstrated in [ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:Manual_of_Style?oldid=1108339662#Hyphen-Traumas ], topics on the same thing scattering everywhere and probably would be again and again restated (thereby even worse fragmentation).
Probably my experiments on [ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:MasterQuestionable ] would be worth referencing. (hierarchical management of aggregated topics)
Rationality of no difference edits (mere commenting in edit history)
edit As demonstrated in this example [ https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/RV?action=history&offset=20220908072918&limit=3 ]:
For certain comments: rather than presenting in some remote talk page rendering the context less apparent, directly presenting in the edit history seems more reasonable.
Also a related problem: latest revision confusion. (caused by such no change edits or edit reverts)
.
To address the problem, the distinction of "current" and "effective current" should be made.
And the timestamp of both "last edited" and "last changed" should be provided.
.
Background research on the related implementation limitation: [ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:MasterQuestionable/8 ].
