Please help me with... I am really sorry you find my article unacceptable. Frustratingly, you do not give specifics of what exact parts do not meet the criteria. As the aerodrome safety officer, I wrote all the information in the manuals used by the aerodrome, so how would you like me to reference this to an outside source? I am the specialist in this field.
You can delete the post as I do not have the time for games. MatchStickPilot (talk) 09:40, 7 February 2021 (UTC)
I am not paid at all for the service I provide to the Aerodrome. I simply oversee their safety as they are farmers and have no idea what is required to meet aviation standards. I simply want to improve safety by promoting correct information about the aerodrome, particularly as it has a conflicted aerodrome identifier as stated in the article. I am not financially bettered by this post in any way. You may consider contacting the game reserve to verify this if that would make you more comfortable.
I work for an airline called Swift Flite, and that is where I am employed and earn my remuneration. I am not hiding anything and thus do not need to make any other disclosures. However, as stated before, just delete the post as you obviously see no value to aviation safety in it and that is ALL I was promoting.— Preceding unsigned comment added by MatchStickPilot (talk • contribs) 10:57, 7 February 2021 (UTC)
- Wikipedia is not for posting personal knowledge; all information must be sourced to independent reliable sources. If you just want to share personal knowledge, social media or alternative forums exist for that purpose. Wikipedia is not for promoting any cause, even good causes. 331dot (talk) 11:33, 7 February 2021 (UTC)
- The sources are there; the real issue with the draft IMO is that it's about an airport that fails our notability requirements for airports (see WP:NAIRPORT). Some subjects simply don't qualify for a Wikipedia article. @331dot: What do you think about including a section on the airport in the Kwandwe Private Game Reserve article? 78.28.44.204 (talk) 12:01, 7 February 2021 (UTC)
- That's a possibility. 331dot (talk) 13:44, 7 February 2021 (UTC)

paid editing
editHello MatchStickPilot. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.
Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.
Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:MatchStickPilot. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=MatchStickPilot|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}
. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. Theroadislong (talk) 10:11, 7 February 2021 (UTC)
