Speedy deletion nomination of Aphrc

A tag has been placed on Aphrc requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This is the second time in two days this article has been deleted. It cannot be created for at least one week. Use the time to review the relevant policies so that the article is no longer deleted.
