Hallo there Fatum81 (talk) and welcome to Wikipedia. As Flat Out let's discuss it stated please do NOT delete or edit legitimate talk page comments, as you did in the PRISM (surveillance_program) article. Such edits are disruptive. For example you deleted my addition in the == See also == section regarding "Added * Fruit of the poisonous tree" (legal metaphor). But in your Edit summary you stated "See also: See also: Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution added now" which is NOT what you did: you deleted my contribution and deleted a space in the *Politico-media complex adjusting the link. Your comments about "immature individuals" and they way you answered RocketLauncher2 (talk) in your talk page could be considered borderline wp:personal attacks and blasphemy (Second Commandment: "Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain" under the Augustinian division used by Roman Catholics and Lutherans) and in doing so publicly on Wikipedia you seriously risk to be blocked by a wp:sysop. It seems like you just started editing on Wikipedia because your very first edit seems to be dated 9th April 2013 on the Talk:Firebombing#Dubious_claim page. You can have all of this back. Stay away from me this is a warning to anyone claiming God or blasphemy that you can get lost and take a short walk off a long pier. Do not message anyone regarding Catholicism to block them again or you are in risk of violating my personal beliefs of God and Religion. I am not a borderling personality if there is even one in existance you could prove with the DSM-IV. The existance of the fourth admendment is the same thing as fruit of the poisonous tree and the edit of article otherwise consisted of a space being deleted that was misplaced. Anyway, leave me alone now.

Talk messages

Hi Maurice Carbonaro you mentioned me in a message you left on Fatum81's talk page. It is not appropriate to use "possible blasphemy" in an edit summary. It is less appropriate to leave a message on an editor's talk page quoting the ten commandments and insinuating that further "blasphemy" could lead to a block. Mentioning "God" or "Jesus Christ" on one's own talk page is not grounds for a block. Flat Out let's discuss it 10:47, 13 June 2013 (UTC)

Hallo there Dr. Rubin, thanks for the suggestion, but please let's try to be positive instead of concentrating on my faults. Could you please be more specific in where you are getting these statistics? Because you claimed that "on my last 8 edits one is "plausible" and one is "good"? For instance on my last 8 (="eight") edits 4 (="four") are still "current". Obviously I am not "Mr. Perfect" and IMHO Wikipedia is thought for giving the opportunity to interact. I also thanked you privately for some of your reverts. I wonder why you are being so rough with me in public: not one SINGLE private message, not one SINGLE private "thank". My "8 edits"? You mean my "LAST 8 edits?" Here they are:

I miscounted. #1 is completely wrong. mathematical models is possible. #2 is just wrong; no conceivable connection. #3 is probably good. #4 is a completely wrong concept; it might be appropriate in a version of decision theory or preference revelation, but order theory is a mathematical theory not really related to preferences. #5 is the wrong "theory", but I can't tell whether (mathematics) or (mathematical logic) is right. #6 appears correct if you didn't know the subject. I can't evaluate #7, but you're now supposed to edit the Wikidata directly.

So that makes 5 wrong out of 7, although two are plausible if you didn't know what the article was about. I'm not going to block you, but I might suggest a block for WP:COMPETENCE. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 08:08, 4 July 2013 (UTC)

You "miscounted"? So you see? Everyone makes mistakes... we are all human beings. And for some reason IMHO you are showing wp:wikilove in a very personal way. I understood that you had family problems because you posted them on line: I am sorry about it but, honestly, I don't think there was and there is much I can do about it. However on my user talk page, the 8th of November 2012, I also invited you to visit Italy. In Europe, according to the classical world, hospitality was a divine right: this doesn't mean that we forgot our Roman Greece roots. Maybe you have concerns in visiting Europe because you are Jewish and that reminds you of the Shoah? What about the Soviets then? They lost from 20 to 27 million civilians and soldiers during WWII. But not so many people talk about that because they signed the 1939 Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact of "non aggression" with the Nazis. Did you know that in 1938 Enrico Fermi married Laura Capon Fermi, a Jewish woman, and escaped Fascist racial laws fleeing to the U.S.? And that's the guy that names the school where I am employed, man! IMHO He did his best to "unite" and not to "divide". And, well ... you didn't answer my invitation... whether it was with a "yay or nay" or "maybe", neither in public nor in private. Maybe you are not just a Doctor of Philosophy but also a Rabbi? Is there something that I am missing here like a "standard procedure for invitations" that I am not abiding to? Katja Kipping

I noticed that you changed "German Parliament" to "Bundestag" with the reasoning that the Bundestag is not a bicameral parliament, but I wanted to bring the following lines from the German article to your attention:

Der Deutsche Bundestag ist die erste Kammer des Parlaments der Bundesrepublik Deutschland mit Sitz im Reichstagsgebäude in Berlin.

Der Bundestag hat eine Vielzahl von Aufgaben: Er hat die Gesetzgebungsfunktion, das heißt, er schafft das Bundesrecht und ändert das Grundgesetz, die Verfassung. Hierbei bedarf es häufig der Mitwirkung des Bundesrats, der zweiten Parlamentskammer der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.

Roughly translated (in case your German is rusty), it says: "The German Bundestag is the first chamber of the parliament of the Federal Republic of Germany, with its seat in the Reichstag building in Berlin." The second sentence: "The Bundestag has numerous tasks: it has legislative functions, which means that it creates federal law and can change the constitution. In this case, it often requires the participation of the Bundesrat, the second chamber of parliament of the Federal Republic of Germany."

For this reason, I think Parliament is an ok translation to use in the article. As a compromise, I am going to change it to: "Katja Kipping (born January 18, 1978 in Dresden) is a German politician who is chairperson of the Left Party and a member of the Bundestag (or German Parliament)." I think not naming what the Bundestag is might be more confusing for those who are not familiar with the German political system. What do you think?

Hallo there Ljpernic (talk • contribs), thanks for your interest and willing to compromise. Maybe the motivation for my change wasn't allright but as we can both see changes to the German Constitution (Grundgesetz für die Bundesrepublik Deutschland) require a presence of the Bundesrat which somehow "disqualifies" it for being a "proper Parliament". Maybe we are falling in a case of linguistics untranslatability here because the English language wikipedia article for it is not "German Parliament" but Bundestag. Huh?
