Civility
editRegarding your reaction to User:Lazer john (http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Lazer_john&diff=prev&oldid=91197474): Please remember that civility is one of the key principles of Wikipedia. Also, not biting the newbies applies even to people whose first edits are unpleasant. Some of Lazer john' edits have been unpleasant, but some of them may be simple tests of the Wiki editing tools. These principles are important because Wikipedia is a collaborative effort. Also, making exaggerated threats or claiming authority that you don't have ("If you do not stop, I will refer you to have your account deleted ASAP.") is extremely inappropriate. Please tone down your attitude. FreplySpang 18:40, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
- How is that innappropriate? He has made (and is still) making poor quality edits and is vandalising the Wikipedia. Is referring his account to be checked for banning that innapropriate? -El Maxo
- Poor-quality edits like adding [[Image:Example.jpg]] are often users testing out the editing tools with no malicious intent. Threatening a block is generally considered an overreaction to that kind of edit. The usual sequence of responses to vandalism is found in the templates {{test1}}, {{test2}}, {{test3}}, {{test4}}, and {{test5}}. Remember, maintaining a civil atmosphere is just as important as preventing poor edits. Poor edits can be cleaned up easily. FreplySpang 19:43, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
- Oh, come ON, his account is being used a sock puppet for Kinghy, then notorious vandal. In fact, I think I'll remove his barnstars, as he is undeserving. Ya, look into that Lazer Joe fellow. -El Maxo 21:29, 1 December 2006 (UTC)

Your changes to the article "Alameda Community Learning Center"
editPlease do not add nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to Alameda Community Learning Center. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. Please stop. Illicium 18:12, 19 January 2007 (UTC)

???
editExuse me, how to explain this?--Bryndza 17:47, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits are considered vandalism and immediately reverted. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the work of others. Thank you. - UtherSRG (talk) 17:58, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
- What do you mean vandalism? I just gave her a warning, that's all. -El Maxo 21:37, 1 February 2007 (UTC)

Blocked indefinitely
editAs you have been engaging in a significant amount of vandalism and disruption, your account has been blocked indefinitely. If you wish to come back and contribute constructively in the future, or wish to request review of this decision, you may place {{unblock|''reason here''}} on this page. AfD nomination of Dremora
editAn editor has nominated Dremora, an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").
Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Dremora and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).
You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 01:16, 23 January 2008 (UTC)
