editPlease refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Humanity space. International almanac. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively, you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant noticeboards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Do not remove valid copyright-related tags. These are issues with legal consequences. AfC notification: Draft:Maxim Lazarev has a new comment
editThe article Humanity space. International almanac has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Non-notable journal. Does not meet WP:NJournals or WP:GNG.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Randykitty (talk) 11:59, 1 November 2023 (UTC)
- Hello!
- Why are you suggesting this magazine be deleted?
- Why do you think the magazine is not remarkable?
- How can I improve the page so that it doesn't get deleted?
- This journal is included in a large number of databases and is peer-reviewed. In your opinion, is he not worthy of being included in an article on Wikipedia?
- Please advise! Maxscheller (talk) 13:35, 1 November 2023 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:Maxim Lazarev
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Draft:Maxim Lazarev, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Disambiguation link notification for March 21
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Dorcadion sisianense, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Type locality. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Adherence to taxonomic classification in Wikipedia should follow consensus
editHi, Max. I notice that you recently created a category for a putative tribe "Monochamini" and have started placing genera into this new category. In Wikipedia, Monochamini is explicitly treated as a synonym of Lamiini, following the most recent phylogenetic analyses. See the Lamiini article. Unless you can provide evidence that the consensus of cerambycid taxonomists has changed yet again to recognize Monochamini as a tribe separate from Lamiini, I am going to request that you stop your present round of edits, revert those you have already done, and accept the consensus classification. Thanks, Dyanega (talk) 18:28, 22 March 2024 (UTC)

Ways to improve Agapanthia dahli calculensis
editHello, Maxscheller,
Thank you for creating Agapanthia dahli calculensis.
I have tagged the page as having some issues to fix, as a part of our page curation process and note that:
Subspecies, unlike species, are not automatically considered notable for standalone articles, and can reasonably be expanded upon in the species article.
The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, leave a comment here and begin it with {{Re|Chaotic Enby}}

Managing a conflict of interest
editHello, Maxscheller. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for article subjects for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization, clients, or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{edit COI}} template)—don't forget to give details of reliable sources supporting your suggestions;
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest § How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam § External link spamming);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I am concerned that you might have a potential connection to Maxim Lazarev or Humanity space. International almanac. Could you clarify if you have a COI? Classicwiki (talk) If you reply here, please ping me. 06:22, 6 June 2024 (UTC)
- Good afternoon, I have no conflicts. I do not advertise or do this for promotional purposes.
- I'm Maxim Lazarev. I have no intention of promoting or advertising anything. I believe that the information I have should be open and benefit people in such an open, democratic, excellent project as Wikipedia. Thank you for writing to me. In the future, I will take your wishes into account. Maxscheller (talk) 05:58, 7 June 2024 (UTC)
- @Maxscheller, we are in agreement about the need for information to be open and to be for the benefit of people.
- From my perspective, I do see some conflicts of interest (COI) in your editing. I think disclosure is very important when creating/editing articles about yourself (Draft:Maxim Lazarev, Category:Taxa named by Maxim Lazarev), where you work/volunteer (Humanity space. International almanac), and what you have been paid to study. From my cursory review, I do not think you have made the necessary disclosures of this information anywhere on English Wikipedia.
- Have you ever been paid to edit or been instructed to attempt to create an article, such as Humanity space. International almanac? (You are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.)
- I also worry about editors using Wikipedia to promote their own publications/journals (WP:REFSPAM/WP:SELFCITE) as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.
- Editing on English Wikipedia and Wikispecies are a bit different on COI. Let me be clear,
COI guideline does not absolutely prohibit people with a connection to a subject from editing articles on that subject. Editors who have such a connection can still comply with the COI guideline by discussing proposed article changes first, or by making uncontroversial edits.
Additionally, I believe in subject matter experts can be invaluable and we should make efforts to retain experts. Along with the conflict of interest guideline, I would also recommend a look at the essay about expert editors if you have any interest. - I request that you follow the COI bullet points listed above to avoid the misinterpretation of impropriety. I would kindly ask that you, do not edit further until you answer the question above and made the necessary disclosures.
- Grateful that you choose the add knowledge to the project (and to the wider world of scientific knowledge). --Classicwiki (talk) If you reply here, please ping me. 03:53, 8 June 2024 (UTC)
- Good afternoon
- No one ever pays me or contacts me to write articles on Wikipedia.
- "Humanity space. International almanac" is a magazine where I am the editor-in-chief.
- I do not post on Wikipedia for money or promotional purposes. Exclusively on personal initiative.
- No one pays me and I am not connected to anyone.
- Let me emphasize again that I have no conflicts with anyone and I am not associated with people or organizations that would like me to advertise anything or pay me. Everything I post or publish has encyclopedic data only.
- And I want to share my knowledge and information with people in an open space.
- I will take your wishes into account, thank you very much! And once again I note that I do not advertise and no one pays me! And I have no conflicts with anyone! Thank you. Maxscheller (talk) 06:21, 10 June 2024 (UTC)
- @Maxscheller, it is good to hear no one at the magazine asked you to create the article.
- I do not think you are understanding everything I am saying about COI, but I trust everything is being done with good faith. You may see me tag a few of your articles/drafts with Template:Connected contributor. Please do review WP:SELFCITE.
- I will leave this matter here for now. Thank you again for your contributions and happy editing! --Classicwiki (talk) If you reply here, please ping me. 06:33, 10 June 2024 (UTC)
- Thank you very much! I am very grateful to you! And I hope that I will benefit the Wikipedia project! Maxscheller (talk) 06:38, 10 June 2024 (UTC)
