I know we talked in class today about the sentences you added and your main focus was including more references and making sentences more concise. Overall, this article is really nice; it is definitely an important topic.

I think the images in the article are both helpful and informative.

Below is the section you added with a few edits/suggestions: In 2015, the atmospheric ridge causing the Blob disappeared leading to the vanishing of the Blob shortly after in 2016. However, in its wake are many species that will take a long time to recover.[15] Although one Blob is gone for now, scientists predict that marine heatwaves such as this are becoming more common and will continue to appear due to the Earth's warming climate.[15]

Great work taking on such a huge topic and making sure the information presented is clear, effective, and neutral.

I am not positive which references you added, but some of them seem like they are from News stations? CNN, New York Times, LA Times, etc. So, if you have time I think it would be nice to enhance the article with a few more peer-reviewed scientific articles from reputable sources. This may help balance some of the coverage.

I also see that Wikipedia flagged this stating: "This article does not follow Wikipedia's guidelines on the use of different tenses." So, just doing a read through once you are done with all of your edits to make sure the tenses are consistent will help.
