Your copies of articles
editYour only edits are to copy articles to your userspace: Special:PrefixIndex/User:Maynassar/. Why are you making these copies? There are some problems with it. You don't remove categories from the copies so your userspace pages become listed in those categories alongside real articles. You don't credit the articles you copied from which is required by the GFDL license. You don't appear to be trying to improve the copies for later reintegration into the real articles. Some of the copies appear to contain copyrighted images with licences that are not allowed in userspace. Is it OK if all these copies are deleted? If so then you can request I delete them, or you can place {{Db-u1}} on them. PrimeHunter (talk) 00:29, 9 November 2009 (UTC)

Your article copies have been deleted
editI have deleted all of the articles you had copied to your user space. The discussion of these deletions is at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:Maynassar article copies. This was a wholly inappropriate use of user subpages, and also violated Wikipedia's licensing on several counts, namely that copy-and-paste moves remove proper author attribution, and fair use images cannot be used in user space. As these were your only edits to Wikipedia, and you have so far not responded to attempts to communicate with you, I am somewhat at a loss as to what you were trying to accomplish with this. If you simply wanted easy access to these articles for reference, you can simply wikilink them from your user page. For example, if you add [[salt]] to the page it will show up as salt, and you can simply click on the word to see the article. If you intended to edit them, you should edit the "live" page and not your own separate version in user space. I'm sorry if this seems unfriendly, but I should warn you that if the behavior continues, this account will be blocked. Kobe Bryant
editRegarding you subpage on Kobe Bryant (which I don't get what you are doing with it), subpagess can not be put in categories per Wikipedia:Subpages#Disallowed uses. For now I have just put nowiki tags on it. TJ Spyke 17:32, 30 January 2010 (UTC)
Hey there Maynassar, thank you for your contributions! I am a bot alerting you that Non-free images are not allowed in the user or talk-space.
