Intermission on Rescuers Down Under
Here is footage of it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Jv7BM509xc
And here's a New York Times article talking about it. http://www.nytimes.com/movie/review?res=9C0CEFD6113AF935A25752C1A966958260
""The Prince and the Pauper," the highlight of Disney's animated program, moves directly into a planned intermission, with a counting-down clock that allows 10 minutes for the acquisition of "tiny little sugar-coated sticky gooey things," as an announcer says. It is followed by "The Rescuers Down Under," a full-length feature that is longer, more unusual, and a lot less gratifyingly sunny." — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.15.86.18 (talk) 16:33, 9 January 2017 (UTC)
- Even so, it's not really notable; intermissions are not unheard of in movies, so what makes this one special? --McDoobAU93 16:44, 9 January 2017 (UTC)
- It contains additional animation that was exclusive to it. Perhaps it isn't worth a full section like I posted, but i'd say that it could be added to the article somewhere. Also, I wouldn't say intermissions are common with animated films - the only other one I can think of is the Toy Story double feature release.
- Again, in the view of film history (about 100 years), intermissions are not new. I agree they're not as common as before, but unless there is something specific - and that specific component is documented - that makes this one notable, it doesn't need to be there. --McDoobAU93 17:27, 9 January 2017 (UTC)
- Like I said, Exclusive Animation. It's not on any home version of the short. https://d23.com/a-to-z/prince-and-the-pauper-the-film/
- "Released with The Rescuers Down Under, and included an additional ten minutes of intermission animation, tying the two films together."
- Again, not unusual to have filler done by the studios. If you wish, bring it up on the talk page for the article and build consensus prior to adding it back. --McDoobAU93 18:20, 9 January 2017 (UTC)

DAK "Planned Film"
Good news, we now know who has been doing these edits about the "Planned film". According to User:SummerPhD/UPN, starting the talk page entry with "Joshua Raymond Hahn" and also the instance of a movie that has never been announced, we can use WP:Duck to deduce that this is a sockpuppet of User:The UPN Vandal. I am tagging all of the previous IP addresses that they used with {{Sockpuppet|The UPN Vandal}}

Ping
Hey McDoob. Thanks for helping out at the help desk. I just wanted to drop by a reminder that it's usually a good idea to ping those you are responding to, since a lot of the time they are going to be new users, and might have a difficult time finding their way back to exactly where they first asked their original question. Would you like to help me get this ready for WP:DYK? Happy to share credit. –xenotalk 17:24, 28 February 2017 (UTC)

DYK for Xbox Game Pass
On 10 March 2017, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Xbox Game Pass, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that the Xbox Game Pass has been described as "Netflix for video games"? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Xbox Game Pass. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, Xbox Game Pass), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

- Over 3800 views! Not hall of fame material but pretty good imo. Thanks for your hard work, McDoob, could not have done it without you. (Well, maybe, but it would have been a lot more work ;). –xenotalk 01:48, 12 March 2017 (UTC)
Something is wrong
Hi, Something happened to the rollercoaster articles and all coasters that have been branded as SBNO have been switched to closed. And all coasters marked as being refurbished have switched to under construction. Whats going on? Marth The Hero King (talk) 16:59, 29 March 2017 (UTC)Marth The Hero King

Rail transport in Walt Disney Parks and Resorts featured list nomination
Greetings. I'd like to hear your two cents on this: Wikipedia:Featured list candidates/Rail transport in Walt Disney Parks and Resorts/archive1, when you have a moment. I have a few people looking at this who are primarily interested in rail transport, but I'd like someone who is primarily interested in amusement parks to chime in, also. Currently, you seem to be one of the more active WDW task force editors, so you seem like someone who could give valuable input on this topic. If enough people say they support this on the page, we'll get another piece of amusement park-related featured content on Wikipedia. Jackdude101 (Talk) 14:16, 3 June 2017 (UTC)
Disneyland Railroad featured article nomination
The Disneyland Railroad article is currently being nominated to become a featured article here: Wikipedia:Featured article candidates/Disneyland Railroad/archive1. It has passed specialized reviews for its prose, images, and sources, but it still needs a few people to chime and say they support the nomination on the review page to wrap things up. Your input on that page will be very helpful. Jackdude101 (Talk) 19:33, 1 July 2017 (UTC)
