Not done, there appears to be a copyvio problem. Nathan2055talk 17:10, 6 April 2012 (UTC)
- Sorry you're having this experience, Md williams2. I think it is actually reference.com that copies from wikipedia, but I'm going to check with the experts to make sure about this. In any case, the duplicated content was added before you were around, so you're completely in the clear.
- While I'm here, I see that you've been linking to many other wikipedia articles, and this is actually ill-advised. We generally only add links where it will help readers understand the article, and we don't link well-known everyday terms. If you wouldn't mind having a look at one section of our Manual of Style, the link WP:OVERLINK will take you to where this is explained. Best regards, --Stfg (talk) 19:11, 6 April 2012 (UTC)
- It's now confirmed that it wasn't a copyright violation, so the article is clean and you're clear to continue working on it. Good luck. --Stfg (talk) 08:29, 7 April 2012 (UTC)
- Thanks for the help! And I'll have at the overlink article. Thanks, again Nathan2055.
- Very good. I've appllied WP:OVERLINK to the lead section, just to show you how little needs to be linked there. Intelligence quotient is relevant to the topic and is right to link, but none of the rest needs it (we all know what a number is, for instance). Then I added a link to intelligence so as to be able to delete the "Intelligence" section, which looked a bit silly as it was empty apart from linking to the main article. The "Personnel Selection" section has the same problem; can you see how to delete that section and make a link to the article somewhere else? Best, --Stfg (talk) 10:56, 10 April 2012 (UTC)
