Hi,
Candidates don't meet Wikipedia's guidelines for notability to have their own page. Only sitting MPP's or candidates who meet Wikipedia's guidelines for noteworthiness have their own pages (Bernie Farber & Sarah Thomson are examples).
This is why the page was created for Ontario Liberal Party candidates, 2011 Ontario provincial election. This way all candidates can be listed. You will notice that if you type Tracy MacCharles in the search, the page does link to the Ontario Liberal Party candidates, 2011 Ontario provincial election page, but it links directly to the section on Tracy MacCharles.
You are still able to edit the content section and add a picture. You won't be able to use a personal or campaign website as a source as they're not considered third party sources & also fall under Wikipedia:External links.
If you do have more content to ad, including a picture, the best course would be to add it under the Tracy MacCharles section on the Ontario Liberal Party candidates page. Hope this helps. Mr. No Funny Nickname (talk) 23:17, 2 August 2011 (UTC)
