Regarding Geetha Madhuri addition of Sonti

Warm greetings Meena,

First off I would like to commend you for your work in improving the breadth and depth of information of Telugu categories on Wikipedia. It is vital that we preserve and share information on our culture and history, especially since this information is largely becoming lost or forgotten. As far as I know, Wikipedia is the only means by which this cultural information has become readily available to the masses - that being said, I like to think of committed individuals like you as pioneers in this unprecedented effort.

It has come to my attention that you clarified your reason for not including Sonti in the title name of the singer Geetha Madhuri as being due to the fact that in Telugu culture we do not refer to people by their Surname. However I would strongly urge you add Sonti for the following reason: The vast majority of wiki articles on Telugu people have their surname included (for example, Akkineni Nagarjuna. Maintaining this format will facilitate the organization of individuals by categories and adheres to the general format in which Wikipedia is set up
